Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items:
- Certain health and personal care items.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Re-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item at JIYEWENHUA@outlook.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping for Returns

- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the item is over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
